Tim came from Grimsby and had marched in the Burlington Teen Tour Band where he played tuba. He joined the Optimists in 1973 and played in their honline through to 1976 .
Tim joined the Drill staff for Brantford Girls for the 1984 and 1985 competitive seasons.
