Mother of Sue Monarch (Hinsley) and Evelyn "Patti" Stevenson (Hinsley) and wife of director Carl Hinsely, Jo was very involved with both the senior and junior corps, volunteering as chaperone, banquet co-ordinator, bingo manager and board member. Jo was a drum corps mom who could do it all.
"Jo Hinsley, like her husband Carl, were Drum Corps people that dedicated so much of their time to St. John's Drum Corps and along with David, Susan and Patti we will miss her, but remember her with the fondest of memories.."
