Fred Nicholas was one of the corps first horn instructors, working alongside George Mellor in the corps' initial years. A career spanning 36 years with the corps meant that many of our brass muscisans got their start in Fred's class. He was also heavily involved with the Telephone City Muscial Society and often asked to perform at the Remembrance Day ceremonies in Brantford.
