1970's - Belles of St. John's Assistant Director and Board Member

Fred was father to marching members Diane Miller (Berkeley) and Vicky Berkeley-Anderson. Fred volunteered his time with the corps as Assistant Director for the Belles of St. John's and as a board member in the 1970's.
