Mother to members Patty Helsen (Hagan) and Joy Pow (Hagan), and wife to Tom, Evelyn was involved with the corps for over 25 years. Taking on roles of chaperone, chef, board member and mom-in-charge when needed, the call of 'Mrs. Hagan, can you help me?' was often heard from other members when getting ready for a parade or competition.
In the photo below Evelyn is seen in bright pink chatting with guests including Belle Collard at the 35th Anniversary reunion.
